Introduction

An intrusive pig signaler with a DBB valve is a device on a pipeline to detect the passage of a pig or a pig ball. Normally, each pig signaler has a trigger. When a pig passes, the trigger drives the mechanism to show that the pig has passed this location. To transport safely, applying a removable pig signaler with a DBB valve is very important.

The intrusive Pig Signaler shown in this picture is intrusive and also attached to the pipeline via a flange. Because it is a removable pig signaller equipped with a DBB valve. Therefore, it has a bi-directional trigger and is simple to remove using the tool we provide. Which is more affordable and convenient compared to other pig signalers that necessitate the use of professional removal tools.

How to install the Pig Signaller

1. Firstly, thread O-Let.

2. Then tighten the Plug Body.

3. Adjust the depth of plug.

4. At last, adjust the flag orientation.
